NeuroAffectiveTouch: the use of self-touch for contacting developmental trauma from childhood. A simple process to recognise early negative patterns of emotion from childhood.

Dialetic Behaviour Skills: Learning those skills needed to regulate and manage our emotions so they don’t dominate our everyday lives.

The therapist uses techniques in somatic experiencing (SE) and neuro-affective self touch to tap into symtoms of complex, developmental and shock trauma held in the body.

Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP)

Clients are encouraged to remain in contact with dificult emotions which may arise, allowing the body and mind to gain a new meaning on previously held emotions.

Dialetic Behaviour Skills

The therapist works with the client in learning new skills to regulate and manage dificult emotions. A session lasts 60 minutes in length and costs 60 euros. There is also a sliding scale you are not in paid employment.
